If you are on an UNLIMITED MONTHLY Auto-Membership, you are welcome to hold or suspend your pass AT ANYTIME ..Whether it's for a holiday or business travel, or if you are unable to practice due to  illness or injury, just let us know.

Terms of pass or membership suspension are:

  • 24 hours  notice in writing prior to the suspension date is required, and please note pass suspension cannot be applied retroactively.
  • There is no minimum suspension period.
  • There is no maximum suspension period..

Terms of membership cancellation are:

  • 24 hours notice is required to cancel.
  • Minimum contract period for Unlimited Package is four weeks

General Terms & Conditions
All passes are non-refundable, non-transferrable and cannot be exchanged for any other pass.
Passes purchased online will activate upon your first visit.
Introductory 2-Week passes are a one-time offer to all new attendees at Brave.

Brave reserves the right to cancel, change or vary classes, teachers, workshops or teacher training programs. While we endeavour to give you as much notice as we can, this may not always be possible. Please check live timetables for up-to-date information on all classes and events.

Terms and Conditions of Concession Passes

Concessions are available for full-time students, community VIPs, seniors and pensioners only.
Not available for purchase online, as valid ID must be sighted. Acceptable ID includes seniors and pension cards, proof of enrolment in full-time University or TAFE course.

Online bookings
You are welcome to pre-book online for all of our classes, and this is highly recommended at peak times.
If you become unable to attend you must cancel online, failure to cancel or “no-show” will result in you being charged for the pre-booked class.
If you have pre-booked a class, you must still register at reception so that we know you’ve arrived.
You will need to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to claim your pre-booked class otherwise it may be given away to another student.

Membership Waiver

By purchasing a ticket and attending the event, I hereby agree that the following terms and conditions and undertakings apply to the Yoga Exercises (“Yoga Exercises”) to be provided to me by Brave:

I am participating voluntarily in classes, workshops or events offered by Brave.

I have been examined by a licensed medical practitioner (“Practitioner”) within the past six months and have been found by such Practitioner to be able to perform all vigorous stretching and Yoga Exercises which I am to perform during my participation in the yoga class, workshop or event organized by Brave.

I will faithfully follow all instructions given to me by Brave and their associated teachers, as to when, where, and how to perform and not to perform the Yoga Exercises.

I agree and acknowledge that participation in any Yoga Exercises could constitute a risk of serious injury to myself, including permanent paralysis or death. I voluntarily and knowingly recognize, accept and assume this risk and warrant that I am physically fit and able to perform the Yoga Exercises without risking serious injury, including permanent paralysis or death. I acknowledge that neither Brave, associated teachers, staff or employees shall be nor be deemed to be responsible or liable (whether in contract of in tort or under any statute whatsoever), for any injury, illness or other mishap I sustain arising from or out of, or in any way directly or indirectly connected with the Yoga Exercises.

I understand and acknowledge that I am to receive instruction in Yoga Exercises and theory only. Brave, associated teachers, staff or employees of Brave, are not liable for, nor are expected to provide any advice, training or medical assistance other than in the form of Yoga Exercises.

I indemnify and will at all times hereafter well and sufficiently indemnify and keep fully indemnified Brave, associated teachers, staff or employees of Brave from and against all actions, suits, causes of action, proceedings, claims, costs and expenses whatsoever which may be taken or made against Brave, associated teachers, staff or employees of Brave or incurred or become payable by Brave, associated teachers, staff or employees of Brave in connection with or arising out of any such injury, illness or mishap to me.

The fee paid by me for participation in Brave’s classes, workshops or events is non-refundable. Brave in their sole discretion may grant refunds to me without prejudicing any of their rights.

Brave reserves the right to cancel any event, in which case a full refund will be granted.

I indemnify Brave associated teachers, staff or employees of Brave against any loss or damage of my personal belongings that may arise through my attending this event, class or workshop.

I have read the above release and waiver of liability and fully understand its contents.

I voluntarily agree to the terms and conditions stated above.
